A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Horizon Patient Folder Appropriate Access Analyst in Dallas.
Must be able to:
- Report potential inappropriate access
- State data error trends
- Produce potential duplicate reports
Position Requirements Include:
- 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment
- Ability to perform HPF Appropriate Access Audits
- Ability to maintain complete and accurate records of all HPF access audits
- Ability to support the integrity of source system databases and the MPI
- Ability to identify trends in types of errors at each facility
