Job Summary
A healthcare provider is in need of a Telecommute Hospice Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing guidance and checkpoints during implementation and onboarding process
- Identifying possible issues inside of your accounts and acting in a proactive manner
- Coordinating with Sales to ensure growth and expansion of your accounts
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel up to 30% to client sites
- BA/BS/BBA degree preferred but not required
- Minimum 3 years experience in a service organization in a client facing role
- Experience working in a Hospice environment is required
- Solid understanding of Hospice software needs, industry regulation, and Hospice-specific clinical and billing processes
- All other requirements necessary for this position
