Job Summary

A healthcare provider is in need of a Telecommute Hospice Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing guidance and checkpoints during implementation and onboarding process
  • Identifying possible issues inside of your accounts and acting in a proactive manner
  • Coordinating with Sales to ensure growth and expansion of your accounts

Position Requirements Include:

  • Travel up to 30% to client sites
  • BA/BS/BBA degree preferred but not required
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a service organization in a client facing role
  • Experience working in a Hospice environment is required
  • Solid understanding of Hospice software needs, industry regulation, and Hospice-specific clinical and billing processes
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
