Job Summary
A hospital financial management platform has an open position for a Telecommute Hospital Finance Digital Marketing Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting the development of user journeys, personas, key uses cases, and key consumer segments
- Leveraging data and analytics to identify insights and translate them into optimized marketing campaigns
- Supporting the further development of A/B and multivariate testing for different consumer segments and communication mediums
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of prior experience working on integrated marketing campaigns and leveraging data in execution
- Experience in growth marketing including paid digital and email marketing tactics
- Experience design/test (e.g., Google Analytics, Hubspot, Optimizely)
- Proficiency with some key tools for web analytics
- Strong communication skills
