Job Summary
A hospital program is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Hospital Outreach Manager in New York City.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Develops and implements a tactical marketing strategy for to increase awareness of programs, facilities and services
- Creates a strategic plan to hit monthly goals
- Collaborates with Operations, Clinical and Program Executives, and other stakeholders to develop outreach plans
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Attends and represents company in community healthcare events, industry trade shows, and professional healthcare meetings/panels and other industry events
- A minimum of 3 years proven sales experience (B2B or B2C)
- Experience in consultative sales in behavioral healthcare, substance abuse, or related field
- Experience working within the addiction or 12 step program environment
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience and proficiency
- Ability to establish and expand relationships with key executives, healthcare professionals, and referents within the territory
- Maintain accurate reports on referral tracking and trends
