Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute Hospital Pharmacy Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Directing, establishing, and planning the overall policies and goals
- Developing and monitoring duties and responsibilities for all pharmacy personnel
- Ensuring compliance in regards to policies and procedures
Position Requirements Include:
- Must be a good standing licensed Pharmacist or
- Must be eligible for licensure in the state of Kentucky
- Prior leadership responsibility for off-site hospital-based locations
- Prior experience with establishing goals and achieving results
- Ability to negotiate, influence, and resolve customer/employee problems or conflicts
- Excellent planning, organizing and leadership skills
