Job Summary
A financial technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Hospitality Account Support Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing customer-specific analysis leading to improved service fidelity and customer profitability
- Communicating specific SLA (Service Level Agreement) requirements to specific locations
- Performing analysis on all penalties for all service delivery contracts subject to penalties
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Knowledge of EDW queries, Gasper system knowledge, D1 system knowledge
- Demonstrated proficiencies with Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel and PowerPoint are a must)
