Job Summary
A travel company has an open position for a Telecommute Hospitality Key Account Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting regular account reviews with customers to ensure that customer's goals and expectations are being met
- Providing revenue management strategies and budget estimates
- Being responsible for total account management function
Qualifications for this position include:
- Computer proficiency in Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, salesforce.com, etc
- Minimum Bachelor degree in relevant discipline
- 2+ years experience in a combination of revenue management, hotel eCommerce, and/or marketing/sales
- Excellent analytical, problems solving and troubleshooting skills
- Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks concurrently and deliver results under pressure
- Demonstrated ability in ensure achievement of client objectives and company financial objectives
