A hospitality company is in need of a Telecommute Hospitality Program Manager III.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying root causes and translating root cause opportunities to actionable initiatives
- Triangulating data streams to find opportunities
- Delivering key areas of opportunity
Skills and Requirements Include:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in data analytics, experience management or a related business field
- 5+ years in Experience Management, Customer Success, Business Transformation, User Experience or a related field
- Experience in running contact center operations
- Background in developing and implementing strategies to drive performance improvement
- Experience in leading concurrent and disparate projects
