Job Summary
A technology solutions company serving the hospitality industry is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Hospitality Technology Contracting Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Working closely with Project Services Account Managers and Sourcing Coordinators on their client’s hotel booking requests
- Managing the contracting and booking process of all accepted projects from our customers
- Ensuring all liability from hotels is passed along to our customers in our HE Group Agreements
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience with processing and fully executing contracts with precision
- Extremely organized and detail oriented with the ability to effectively prioritize work with strict timelines
- Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- High level of tenacity and persistence in following up with necessary parties
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and creative solution skills
- Extremely tech savvy
