Job Summary

An exchange student program is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Host Family Recruiter and High School Regional Manager in Philadelphia.

Must be able to:

  • Maintain and develop new high school relationships for the exchange program in designated states
  • Recruit, manage and motivate field network to help the team place their designated quota
  • Recruit new schools for the private and public programs

Qualifications Include:

  • Involves domestic and international travel; valid US driver’s license required
  • Bachelor degree required
  • Sales experience required
  • Previous experience recruiting and motivating volunteer network
