A business journalism company is filling a position for a Telecommute Hotel Reporter.
Must be able to:
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders
- Pitch and report original stories on a daily basis
- Consistently stay on top of important developments through a variety of online and other resources
Qualifications for this position include:
- Deep curiosity about the hospitality space
- A proven track record of strong writing and reporting skills
- Familiarity with business journalism and ability to interpret business concepts
- Aptitude for building source relationships to advance original reporting
- At least 3 years of experience in journalism
- Experience pitching to and working collaboratively with an editor
