Job Summary
A group of insurance companies is in need of a Telecommute House Counsel Workers Compensation Attorney in Southern California.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review files and provide analysis of legal issues to claims
- Handle all phases of litigation
- Direct cases along toward resolution/disposition
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Make special appearances at depositions, trials and hearings: have Valid driver’s license
- Law degree (LLB or JD) from an accredited law school
- 4 years experience
- Member of the California State Bar
- Knowledge of Microsoft word and excel and be proficient on applicable databases
- Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
