Job Summary
A publishing company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute HR Business Partner.
Must be able to:
- Build high functioning relationships with leaders in assigned schools/departments to support and anticipate needs
- Partner with HR leads in Talent and Systems and Reward to provide feedback from customers
- Develop strategic and operational plans to achieve results
Position Requirements Include:
- 25 % Travel
- Four year college degree, preferably with HR focus
- 6 years of HR experience in employee relations
- Excellent technical and software skills
