Job Summary
An online retailer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute HR Business Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and inspire a team of HR professionals in a high growth, rapidly changing environment
- Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures
- Understand the entire talent system and each stage of the employee life-cycle
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years human resource business partner experience
- Experience supporting hourly employee client groups
- Bachelor's Degree from accredited university
- Experience in a call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environment
