Job Summary
A non-profit healthcare organization is in need of a Telecommute HR Consultant I Charlotte.
Must be able to:
- Source candidates via the Applicant Tracking System, as well as sourcing via other outlets
- Make and negotiate offer with candidate
- Partner with HR Associate on due diligence process
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelors Degree
- 2 years of related experience required of high volume recruiting
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong computer and customer service skills
