Job Summary
A open source technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute HR Generalist Advisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing and driving Open Enrollment for employees in the USA
- Liaising with the finance team on monthly payroll, projects and enquiries
- Ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing employee changes, joiners and leavers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Educated to degree level and SHRM/PHR qualified or working towards qualification
- Good and developing knowledge and practical application of US HR practices and employment laws
- Able and motivated to learn in an international HR environment
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion, sound judgment, tact and diplomacy in all communications
