A company that delivers information technology solutions is seeking a Telecommute HR Generalist III.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Administer various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel
- Assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures
- Monitor the performance evaluation program and revise as necessary
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Requires extensive experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and Excel
- Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Business or equivalent experience
- Preferred HR Certification through HRCI or SHRM
