Job Summary
A financial services company is seeking a Telecommute HR Generalist in Los Angeles.
Must be able to:
- Implement effective internal PAF policy, process, workflow and approvals, and training
- Implement and maintain ADP HRIS Employee and manager self-service policies, workflows, training, and ongoing internal customer support
- Leverage ADP Homepage to populate and maintain multi-state compliance postings, required and internal benefit documents, benefit and 401(k) enrollment guidance and resources, and related information
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field, equivalent experience, or a combination of both
- HR Certification (SHRM or HRCI)
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources working with multi-state organization
- Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong working knowledge of Word, Power Point and Excel
- Ability to prepare and maintain multi-state and internal policy driven Leave of Absence documentation, management, and tracking
- Demonstrated robust knowledge and understanding of ADP WFN Payroll and HRIS Systems
