Job Summary
A software company specializing in background check services needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute HR Generalist in New York City.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Handling confidential paperwork for the entire employee lifecycle, such as personnel files, work eligibility and immigration filings, benefit and leave administration, employment verifications, and more
- Updating our internal databases with new employee information and maintain records of confidential employee-related data
- Responding to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of professional HR experience
- Proven strong communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information
- Proven ability to work within a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Ability to participate in the tracking of Employee Satisfaction Surveys
- Ability to assist with employee review cycle administration
