Job Summary
A global equipment manufacturing company is seeking a Telecommute HR Operations Senior Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Troubleshooting and analyzing Workday security issues with HR business which may require functional skills in WD business process and reporting to identify and resolve issues
- Partnering with various HRT Leads and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, recommend tests, and deliver security-related configuration needed for new functionality and change requests
- Creating, configuring, testing, and maintaining all types of Workday security groups
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in Workday Security Configuration and Administration, including experience with Workday Business Process/Reporting/HCM/Complex Security configuration
- Minimum 5 years experience in a technical environment with a strong ability to configure Workday
- HR/Security knowledge in a global workspace
- Ability to follow documented processes to ensure adherence for audit purposes
- Experience with security and compliance audits
- Experience as a team lead or supervisor is preferred
