Job Summary
A risk management firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute HR Solutions Systems Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end business process design
- Develop system enhancement proposals
- Represent HR Systems in planning and requirements meetings
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems or related field
- Strong background in cloud HCM system deployment
- Strong expertise in HR operational effectiveness and process design
- Strong analytic and performance metrics skills
- 3+ years of experience in HCM deployment and HR process design
- Other requirements as outlined in the job description
