Job Summary
A global healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute HRIS ServiceNow Administrator in Minnetonka.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Engaging with internal business partners and subject matters experts to assess, interpret and define business requirements for content, functionality and optimal delivery platform(s)
- Collaborating with resources from Human Capital, IT and the business, as well as other third parties/vendors, to deliver the program objectives
- Leading project/product planning and design sessions; provide input on work direction among team members
Qualifications for this position include:
- Undergraduate Degree in business, communication or human resources or equivalent experience
- Experience with ServiceNow HR or other technology to deliver specific content to targeted populations
- Recent work experience in or knowledge of HR or Human Capital systems and processes
- Ability to manage workflows/processes for platform changes and enhancements
- Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships, interacting effectively with project team members, project managers, and staff at all levels of the organization
- Ability to oversee and maintain comprehensive project documentation as well as team sites using SharePoint, Teams, or other shared sites for project collaboration
