Job Summary

An engineering firm has an open position for a Telecommute HRIS Specialist in North Little Rock.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing day-to-day support of HR information systems to ensure business needs are met
  • Overseeing planning and execution of testing activities
  • Troubleshooting, investigating and resolving system/data issues

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
  • 3 years' experience with HRIS system including configuration, integration and report writing
  • General understanding of core HR processes and benefit vendor data requirements
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel pivot tables, macros and Vlookup
  • Strong problem solving an analytical skills
  • Able to balance multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
