Job Summary
A software development firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute HRMS and Payroll Sales Strategic Account Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of solutions, technology and capabilities
- Present HCM products and services to final decision makers
- Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals
Qualifications Include:
- 8 years of proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions
- Must have worked primarily as a New Logo Rep (Hunter)
- Has consistently exceeded sales quotas
- Maintain a strong knowledge of HCM/SaaS Industry, competitors and analysts
- Proficiency with salesforce.com
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and virtual sales tools (Zoom and Teams)
