Job Summary

Online platform business seeking committed freelance professional for an ongoing administrative support role. Ideal candidate has experience working with small, growing companies. Someone who likes delivering customer support and value; believes in a demand generation (vs pure sales) approach.

more clients to serve.

Main focal areas:
1) HubSpot:
--Prepping, customizing and scheduling business development emails and follow ups
--Directing and optimizing HubSpot use via contact management, updates and tracking
--Managing sequence of demand generation messages to leads
--Setting tasks and priorities for team

2) Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter):
--Drafting/editing content (via shared spreadsheet with team)
--Providing input on best practices and trends on various platforms (e.g. hashtag usage, algorithms)
--Planning and scheduling posts (Buffer)
--Providing analytics, suggestions for retargeting
--Online community engagement (interacting, eliciting reader feedback, finding things to repost/people to engage with)

3) Email Campaigns (MailChimp):
--Integrating MailChimp and Hubspot
--Prepping and scheduling campaigns
--Managing lists
--MailChimp analytics/tracking and follow ups

Must be skilled and experienced in:
--Hubspot CRM
--Social media management
--Social media best practices/trends
--MailChimp
--Social media and MailChimp reporting/analytics
--Working with smaller companies
--Can roll with the punches, pick up work as needed and understands the work varies as priorities shift each week
--Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
--Organized and comfortable using online systems and processes

--Google Analytics
