A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Human Capital Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing proactive insights by researching root causes to help determine prioritization for areas of focus
- Supporting recurring reporting needs and maintenance of self-service reporting tools
- Creating and maintaining internal process documentation and customer-facing materials
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience analyzing business, financial, human capital data or educational equivalent
- 2+ years of report development and dashboard building or educational equivalent
- Intermediate level of proficiency in data extraction, manipulation, and management
- Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Intermediate level of proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Domo
