Job Summary
A workforce management software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Human Capital Management Project Manager.
Must be able to:
- Design and manage projects in accordance with company methodology
- Assign a wide range of tasks to internal and customer resources
- Prepare project plans/schedules, reports and budgets
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Flexibility for significant travel (up to 50%) as needed for customer work
- Knowledge of workforce management and human capital management
- Knowledge of HR / Payroll, ERP, or similar domain product/systems
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
- Minimum 5 years Project Management experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work and lead as part of a team
