Job Summary
A health insurance company is in need of a Telecommute Human Resouces Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Support the onboarding of new employees
- Ensure that appropriate paperwork and documentation is completed and accurate
- Maintain active, terminated, and medical employee personnel files
Qualifications for this position include:
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Apps
- 1+ years of related work experience
- Basic understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
- Detail oriented and self driven
- A great sense of accountability and flexibility with change
