Job Summary

A a software company is seeking a Telecommute Human Resource Client Services Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Manage inquiries via phone and case management system
  • Use good judgment to escalate issues to pod leadership
  • Utilize available resources to resolve client issues

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a passion for delighting clients
  • 1-3 years utilizing a CRM system with great technical aptitude
  • 1-3 years in a client or customer service role
  • Excellent verbal (telephony) and written (email) skills
  • Ability to ask prying questions yet can diffuse tense situations
  • Ability to use critical thinking, complex problem-solving skills
