A a software company is seeking a Telecommute Human Resource Client Services Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Manage inquiries via phone and case management system
- Use good judgment to escalate issues to pod leadership
- Utilize available resources to resolve client issues
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree with a passion for delighting clients
- 1-3 years utilizing a CRM system with great technical aptitude
- 1-3 years in a client or customer service role
- Excellent verbal (telephony) and written (email) skills
- Ability to ask prying questions yet can diffuse tense situations
- Ability to use critical thinking, complex problem-solving skills
