Job Summary

A healthcare technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Human Resource Coordinator.

Must be able to:

  • Follow up with managers to complete CAPs for associates based on policy requirements
  • Conduct scanning and indexing of various documents into the associate’s personnel files
  • Manage and respond to the shared HR email box answering employee questions or escalating as needed

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required with a concentration in Human Resources Management desired OR
  • Equivalent HR experience of at least 2 years
  • Proven success working under minimal supervision
  • Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems
  • Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
