Job Summary
A healthcare technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Human Resource Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Follow up with managers to complete CAPs for associates based on policy requirements
- Conduct scanning and indexing of various documents into the associate’s personnel files
- Manage and respond to the shared HR email box answering employee questions or escalating as needed
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required with a concentration in Human Resources Management desired OR
- Equivalent HR experience of at least 2 years
- Proven success working under minimal supervision
- Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems
- Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
