An education platform is seeking a Telecommute Human Resource Generalist in Clifton Park.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Administering various hr plans and procedures for all organization personnel
- Participating in developing department goals and objectives
- Handling employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- This is a temporary role through November
- There may be an opportunity to continue the position full-time in the Miami office
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
- 1+ year in Human Resource role, or related experience with benefits and payroll
- Experience with Benefits and Payroll administration
- Ability to function independently and stay focused without constant supervision
