Job Summary
A financial services company is seeking a Telecommute Human Resource Global Onboarding Senior Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead a team responsible for defining and implementing the overarching design of our onboarding program
- Create vision and strategy for curating and executing on innovative, scalable, differentiated, and business impacting Onboarding Programs
- Develop a roadmap to align with company priorities, identifying gaps, risks
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3-5 yrs of work experience, preferably in training facilitation and instructional design, or recruiting/people operations
- Strong program/project management experience with a track record of improving operational efficiencies
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leadership and exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills
