Job Summary
A non-profit aid organization is in need of a Telecommute Human Resource Information System Non Profit Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Analyzing business process problems and system needs to be solved
- Providing overall project management for cross-functional teams and working with HR functional leads and IT to create and update road maps
- Working closely with the HR Assistant Director to perform audit reviews, mass upload changes, and additional systems support
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, information systems, computer science, or related field
- 4 plus years of HR experience or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to proactively identify areas of opportunity and suggest solutions to improve business processes
- Strong understanding of HRIS database design, structure, functions, and processes
- Strong customer service skills
