Job Summary

A cyber security solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Human Resource Information Systems Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Analyze HRIS requirements
  • Develop and implement various HRIS processes and procedures
  • Maintain documentation and procedures for audit and tracking of tasks

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelors degree with 4+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Previous experience working with Workday (HR, Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, Time Tracking, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of the following functional areas: Human Resources, Benefits, Compensation and Talent Management
  • Ability to collaborate with internal customers to define deployment expectations and ensure consistency with strategic direction
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
