Job Summary
A cyber security solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Human Resource Information Systems Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Analyze HRIS requirements
- Develop and implement various HRIS processes and procedures
- Maintain documentation and procedures for audit and tracking of tasks
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelors degree with 4+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Previous experience working with Workday (HR, Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, Time Tracking, etc.)
- Working knowledge of the following functional areas: Human Resources, Benefits, Compensation and Talent Management
- Ability to collaborate with internal customers to define deployment expectations and ensure consistency with strategic direction
- Organized, detail-oriented, and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
