Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Human Resource Learning Instructional Designer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Writing business communications related to knowledge and/or performance improvement initiatives and training materials
- Consulting with business partners and colleagues to drive knowledge and performance improvement initiatives
- Designing and developing learning opportunities
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Strong Project Management Exp
- Bachelors in Instructional Design, Business, Education / Learning
- 3-5 years exp working in the instructional design area or Learning and Development
- Exp working with Captivate 9 Software program or similar program
- Strong knowledge working the Microsoft Office Suite
