An online testing company is filling a position for a Telecommute Human Resource Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage employee benefits
• Onboard new employees
• Supervise new employees

Position Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience as a Human Resource professional
• Significant experience in employee relations, employment law and HR compliance
• Some experience in sourcing, and interviewing techniques in a high-volume recruiting environment
• Effective time management, organizational skills and ability to meet established deadlines
