An online testing company is filling a position for a Telecommute Human Resource Manager.

- Manage employee benefits
- Onboard new employees
- Supervise new employees
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience as a Human Resource professional
- Significant experience in employee relations, employment law and HR compliance
- Some experience in sourcing, and interviewing techniques in a high-volume recruiting environment
- Effective time management, organizational skills and ability to meet established deadlines
