Job Summary
A manufacturing company is in need of a Telecommute Human Resource Manufacturing Business Partner.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing real-time and strategic employee relations engagement through effective triage
- Consulting with employees and managers to create a positive and productive work environment
- Collaborating with centers for excellence (CoEs) and other Business HR partners to create and implement needed HR solutions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor of Science or a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or
- Related field with 5+ years of related experience or
- M.B.A, Master of Science degree, or a Master of Arts degree with 3+ years of related experience
- Ability to ensure effective communication and education of HR programs and initiatives
- Ability to collaborate with centers for excellence (CoEs) and other Business HR partners to create and implement needed HR solutions
- Ability to assist management in the development of talent solutions through organizational development, cultural and process-oriented perspectives
