A software development company has a current position open for a Telecommute Workforce Navigators Program Associate.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing relationships with sourcing partners focused on pursuing inclusive hiring programs for people with disabilities
- Creating a streamlined process for certification voucher requests and distribution to disability serving partner organizations
- Collaborating with the team to use metrics and storytelling to communicate success
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- At least 3 years experience with accessibility in a corporate setting
- At least 3 years recruiting and/or workforce development experience
- Flexible, execution-oriented, with a track record of “getting it done”
- Have experience developing partnerships with third-party organizations
