Job Summary
A human resources firm is in need of a Telecommute Human Resource Services Client Success Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handle overall responsibility for managing the client relationship
- Establish a trusted adviser relationship
- Act as a liaison between Product Management and the client
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of experience in a client services role (account management or consulting)
- 3+ years of experience with Human Capital Management, Financial Management, or Payroll
- Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with clients
- Proven ability to engage across corporate functions
- Ability to chair meetings or host webinars
