Job Summary
A sleep technology development company has an open position for a Telecommute Human Resource Sleep Technology Compliance and Policy Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing and communicating necessary revisions and updates to HR policies and procedures
- Working directly with SSB Legal to respond to compliance requests and personnel analysis for litigation, investigations, and audits
- Assisting Finance and Internal Audit with internal HR-related audits
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 7-10+ years of relevant HR experience with an emphasis on process improvement & compliance
- 3+ year developing and deploying HR policy and related change activities
- Skilled in the Microsoft Suite of products
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking & HRIS Systems
- Knowledge of employment regulations such as FLSA, FLMA, ADA, ADEA, Sexual Harassment, etc
- Ability to build trust and strong partnerships with the HR Business Partners, managers and employees
