Job Summary
is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Human Resource Technical Support Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working cross-functionally as a liaison with Sales, Product, and Operations
- Managing customer tickets from various channels, in a timely manner, pursuant to established SLOs
- Documenting solutions in our knowledge base to add to the collective wisdom
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or comparable experienceHave experience with Salesforce, JIRA, and/or other CRM
- 2+ years Experience in health care, insurance, and/or insurtech industries
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical customer service role
- Exhibit experience and comfort with supporting technical solutions
- Proven ability to quickly and effectively gather the necessary information
