Job Summary

is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Human Resource Technical Support Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Working cross-functionally as a liaison with Sales, Product, and Operations
  • Managing customer tickets from various channels, in a timely manner, pursuant to established SLOs
  • Documenting solutions in our knowledge base to add to the collective wisdom

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or comparable experienceHave experience with Salesforce, JIRA, and/or other CRM
  • 2+ years Experience in health care, insurance, and/or insurtech industries
  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical customer service role
  • Exhibit experience and comfort with supporting technical solutions
  • Proven ability to quickly and effectively gather the necessary information
