An education company has a current position open for a Telecommute Human Resources Adjunct Instructor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Teaching all assigned courses
- Clearly documenting student progress
- Providing a fair assessment for all assignments
Position Requirements Include:
- 5 years industry experience/expertise based on profession and applicable accreditation requirements
- Doctoral Degree in human resources from an institution regionally accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or international equivalen
- Knowledge of online delivery methods, principles and techniques
- Experience in developing teaching methods and performance development plans
