Job Summary
A medical company is filling a position for a Telecommute Human Resources Advisory Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Conduct investigations and directs disciplinary actions, as appropriate
- Provide expertise in strategy development and facilitation of strategies
- Contribute to the design and implementation of policy, protocols and procedures
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Some travel may be required
- A bachelor's degree and 5 years of Human Resources experience
- Extensive knowledge of policies, procedures, state and federal employment laws
- Prior experience working in a shared service model
- Proven ability to contribute to the design and implementation of HR strategies
- Proven ability to influence and coach at all levels of the organization
