Job Summary

A real estate company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Human Resources Assistant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Assisting with candidate sourcing
  • Reviewing candidate resumes and pre screens for necessary general qualifications
  • Performing HRIS data entry and personnel file maintenance

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to work a 7a-4pm PST shift
  • High School/GED
  • 1+ years of  Human Resources experience or equal Human Resource education
  • Excellent customer Service Skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to be flexible and agile in a rapidly growing company
