Job Summary
An information technology solutions provider has an open position for a Telecommute Human Resources Business Partner.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing and executing HR programs & projects
- Developing and executing on employee relations, and performance management
- Reviewing and analyzing organizational and/or program metrics
Required Skills:
- Willingness to travel as needed (5-10%)
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources Management or related Field
- Experience working in a matrix environment
- Broad knowledge of and the ability to interpret and apply human resources concepts
- Proven ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization
