Job Summary

An information technology solutions provider has an open position for a Telecommute Human Resources Business Partner.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing and executing HR programs & projects
  • Developing and executing on employee relations, and performance management
  • Reviewing and analyzing organizational and/or program metrics

Required Skills:

  • Willingness to travel as needed (5-10%)
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources Management or related Field
  • Experience working in a matrix environment
  • Broad knowledge of and the ability to interpret and apply human resources concepts
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization
