Job Summary

A hotel chain needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Human Resources Business Partner in Charlotte.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Building and maintaining strong partnerships with the Regional Management team
• Providing leadership to our managers and associates to ensure we are viewed as an exceptional workplace
• Coordinating and advising on compensation matters for the Region(s)

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to travel as needed
• Undergrad degree in Business related area required
• 5 to 8 years of experience in Human Resources to include knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines
• Prior experience administering Human Resources in a large, multiple site organization
• Strong HRIS reporting experience required
