A media company is in need of a Telecommute Human Resources Compensation Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Preparing recurring HR metric reports
- Ensuring compliance of all compensation programs with federal and state regulations
- Working with internal and external auditors
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 5-8 Years of Compensation related experience
- Working knowledge of basic HR laws and acumen
- Advanced knowledge of laws, trends and developments in compensation
- Proficient in MS Office, strong experience with Excel and PowerPoint
