Job Summary
An IT services company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Human Resources Coordinator in Atlanta.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Contributing across multiple pillars such as recruiting, onboarding, team events, benefits, systems, data management, process improvements, and operational efficiency
- Recruiting and onboarding Partner with our recruiter and hiring managers on all aspects of the recruiting process
- Assisting our recruiter with tracking candidates throughout the lifecycle of the hiring process including posting jobs, maintaining candidate status in TalentHub, sending offer letters, and closing jobs once candidates are hired
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to deliver experiences that enhance inclusion and connectivity both in a distributed culture and eventually in-person
- 2 years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience with recruiting; posting job descriptions, coordinating and scheduling interviews
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated experience handling highly sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to champion DEI efforts through the recruiting process and workplace culture
