Job Summary

A behavioral health organization is in need of a Telecommute Human Resources Corporate Recruiter in Mendota Heights.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Serving as a lead for the national recruiting department
• Providing training and assistance to the Talent Acquisition Director as needed
• Participating as a member of the larger organizational recruiting team

Qualifications Include:

• 3 years total recruiting experience with some corporate experience focused on accounting, HR, administrative and IT disciplines
• Experience in full cycle recruiting using applicant tracking systems required
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills required
