Job Summary

A cloud integration company is filling a position for a Telecommute Human Resources Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Initiating and administering immigration processes
  • Providing HR policy guidance and interpretation
  • Analyzing current trends and metrics with members of the team to develop solutions, programs, and policies

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience with similar sized organization
  • 5+ years of experience leading and developing HR that supports multiple geographic locations
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related field
  • Thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
  • Proven record of implementing processes and change management
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
